Why do the yummiest foods do the most damage? What’s so powerful about simple whole plant foods? While we could talk at length about the biochemistry, it boils down to two basic mechanisms: less of the bad stuff & more of the good stuff. Processed foods such as white flour, sugar & oil, as well as animal products contain the most cancer initiating & promoting elements in any diet whereas whole plant foods provide more cancer fighting elements.
