The bottom-line is that eating a diet centered on animal products & processed foods increases their risk and taking the Blue Pill adds to that. So, the only question really is how to define a “healthy diet”. There is a lot of conflicting advice around about what foods to eat on a healthy diet, isn’t there.  So how are we to know what works best?
